Digital Registration & Vitals Monitoring
Patient details are registered in the system and assigned a QR code for identification. Nurses use connected devices to capture vitals such as BP, SpO₂, pulse, and temperature. All data automatically syncs to the system without manual entry. This enables fast and accurate record-keeping at the camp.
Remote Doctor Consultation with Device Integration
Doctors consult with patients over a live Zoom video session, supported by nurses at the camp. Vitals appear in real time on the doctor’s screen, including audio from a digital stethoscope. The doctor can interact with the nurse and patient and input prescriptions directly. This enables real-time diagnosis from any location.
Camp Creation, Volunteer Integration & Reports
Admins create and manage medical camps, assigning doctors, nurses, volunteers, and supplies. Volunteers are integrated through the volunteering system for smooth coordination. The system generates reports and analytics on patients, camps, and treatments. Graphical dashboards support better camp evaluation and planning.

Scope of work
