Customer App with Order Tracking
Customers can place laundry orders, choose pickup and delivery slots, and add care instructions. The app includes wallet payment, order tracking, and direct WhatsApp chat with support. Users can sign up through multiple login options including phone, Google, or Apple ID. All laundry progress is accessible from the customer’s account.
Admin Dashboard & Auto-Assignment
Admins view total orders, payment status, laundry progress, and driver availability from one dashboard. Drivers are automatically assigned based on proximity and availability. The system also allows monitoring of special handling requests and manages communications between customer and admin. This simplifies day-to-day operations and reduces delays.
Worker Tab & Sorting Control
Laundry staff can view and sort incoming items based on fabric and wash type. They can flag issues like stains or damage and send alerts for admin approval. If approved, items are moved to washing; if not, they are marked for return. This ensures correct handling and better customer trust.




Scope of work
Webotix developed a complete laundry management system with modules for customer ordering, driver coordination, admin controls, and laundry worker interfaces. The system included real-time tracking, automated job allocation, issue alerts, and multilingual support. It supported both B2B and B2C services. The rollout included web admin panels, mobile apps, and staff training.
